MEET CHRIS

Advanced training in sports nutrition applied through performance cooking

I'm a performance chef with 25 years of professional catering experience. For the last 8 years I have also been feeding elite athletes, and more recently world champions and teams such as Uno-X Mobility cycling.

I'm currently the Consultant Performance Chef to the ECB for England Men, and I also support England Red Roses for international travel blocks.

I've watched countless amateur athletes I've played with, train harder than ever and still underperform.

The common thread? Under-fuelling.

Currently completing my PGDip in Sports Nutrition I combine academic knowledge with real-world experience in the professional kitchen, I'm here to use my culinary expertise to educate amateur athletes on how the pros actually fuel.
